In this post, we are going to take a look at a few of the best neighborhoods in and around Dallas and what makes them so desirable.
Keep reading for our list of best neighborhoods in North Dallas.
FRISCO
Frisco is just downright pleasant.
Beyond hosting FC Dallas, America’s Team, and a myriad of other great businesses, Frisco has even further developed into a destination for entertainment.
The best part is that you no longer have to commit long-term to being a Frisco resident.
There are many new rental options available, including high-rise living previously reserved for Downtown Dallas.
PLANO
Another iconic ‘burb of Dallas is the city of Plano.
Although it’s a rather large city on its own, most of the latest development has been on the west side at Legacy.
Just a few exits south of Frisco on the DNT, you’ll find lux shopping, fantastic dining that ranges from easy patio hangouts to memorable dinner menus, and new apartments within walking distance of it all.
ADDISON
Of the northside neighborhoods, Addison is one of the most popular and closer to Dallas than the rest.
With more restaurants per capita than just about every city in the US, Addison delivers on social settings to hang out with friends and family, or make new ones.
RICHARDSON
Some of the largest corporations in the country now call Richardson home, and with growth in the business sector follows entertainment and housing.
Although it’s not a new plot on the map, Richardson has seen rapid growth in modern housing and should definitely make the list of vibrant neighborhoods with reasonable commutes in any direction.
FARMERS BRANCH
Rounding out this edition of top neighborhoods on the north side of Dallas is… *checks notes* Farmers Branch.
If this looks like a typo to you, then you haven’t seen Farmers Branch lately.
It’s not just the three exits you drive past to get to Las Colinas or Addison anymore.
Beautiful new apartments and homes now connect North Dallas with the western part of the DFW metroplex like never before.
If you can’t commit to just one city and you want quick access to multiple, Farmers Branch is a quality candidate for you.
This post is just the tip of the north side iceberg and we will be back to explore more in an update soon to come.
