I had been struggling for literal months on my own to find apartments that were safe, cost efficient, and nice all in one — I had barely found one that I liked after months of searching. I can’t say enough good things about working with Anne Holmes! She made the entire process so much easier and less stressful than I ever expected. From our very first meeting, she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right place. We were able to get everything done in just 72 hours, which honestly still amazes me! Anne made sure I understood everything along the way and was always there to answer my questions and help with anything I needed. She understood what I want, what budget I’m looking for, etc. and sent me options and talked through everything. She listens, she researches, and she will be the most reliable help around because I was not even in town so she made sure to be communicative on text/calls and show me places via Facetime/videos. I’m so grateful I found her and truly don’t think the process would have been nearly as easy without her support. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. Baylee helped us find properties that fit our needs and also fit within our budget without feeling like we were missing out on anything.
